Artwork & Design Related

Do you provide the dieline template?
TOnce you have placed the order, the dieline template will be shared for your custom boxes .
Will I see proof of my order before confirmation?
We provide digital (3D) and physical samples to get your approval before moving to full-scale production. If you are satisfied, then we will proceed further. Else, you can ask for any modifications.
Do we charge for plates or die?
No charges are applicable to plates or dies.
Can I provide my own artwork?
Yes, you can share your own artwork. Our designers will advise you regarding the format and resolution needs.
Can I request to print the inside of the box?
Yes, the box can be printed from inside, outside, and on both sides. Even the flaps and bottom can be printed with a 4/4 option.
How do i know if my art is printable?
Our prepress team will carefully review your design for any technical issues, such as resolution, blurriness, splits, or thin lines. If we find anything wrong, we’ll highlight it in your proof for your review. If you have any questions or concerns, our experts are available to help you through the process. Keep in mind that we don't check for spelling or grammar, nor do we offer feedback on design choices.

Can I get a refund if my packaging is defective, damaged, or have quality issues?
In the case of structural or printing errors in packaging, we take full responsibility and instantly collaborate with you to resolve the situation. The possible solutions are a replacement, refund, or 100% cash-back guarantee. *The client must inform our representative within 5 business days, counting from the day of delivery. Please read our Terms & Conditions for further information on our return and refund policy.
Can I track my order?
At the time of order placement, an order tracking ID will be shared. Using the same ID, track your order from anywhere and anytime. You can also call our customer support representatives to get all the helpful info you seek.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel the order as long as you have not approved your final mockup. Once approved, your order will automatically move into full-scale production, and no modifications or cancellations can be made.

Yes! We always provide an additional 50-70 boxes with every order, completely free of charge. This lets you have extra packaging in case of any unexpected damages, increased needs, or production variances.
