Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering any products from our website. You should be aware that by ordering any of our products/services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions or feel unsure about any of the content, please contact Customer Service before placing an order.

Customer Data:

For some product and services offerings, you may also go with to electronically add or in any other case publish data, text, photographs, graphics, messages, or different substances (collectively, “Customer Content”) to Custom Packaging Lane for inclusion in printed products. You apprehend and agree that you (and any different individual from whom it may also have originated) are entirely accountable for all Customer Content. When you upload, or otherwise provide Customer Content to Custom Packaging Lane you warrant and ensure that you either own the copyright to or have permission to copy any documents, text, graphics, photographs, etc., that you submit for inclusion in the printing process, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Custom Packaging Lane and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders agent and affiliates, harmless from any suit, demand, or claim to arise out of any breach of this warranty and agree to pay any judgment or reasonable settlement offer resulting from any such suit, demand or claim, and to pay any attorney’s fees incurred by CPL in defending against such suit, demand or claim.

Product Errors:

Custom Packaging Lane is not responsible for any of the following errors in a finished product: Spelling, grammar, or punctuation, incorrect graphics or design elements, low-resolution images or photographs, color transparency issues, damaged fonts, overprints (printing one color on top of another) CPL is also not responsible for improper file setup, such as: Bleeds, crop marks, finished product size, die lines, folds/scores/perforations, page alignment, page orientation. CPL doesn’t make any changes to designing elements in the digital print file without prior customer knowledge.

Color Quality:

Custom Packaging Lane ensures that its prints will fulfill CMYK industry guidelines. We can't ensure "match-print" variety constancy and can't forestall slight color shifts all through an order. Since we have zero control over the reproduction of a client's PC screen, we can't ensure that the genuine print variety will exactly match any see as it seems on your screen. CPL isn't liable for any color shift in changes over photos (RGB pictures) with dark, close to dark, or dim tones. Variety shifts from an apparent dark or dim should be addressed before record

Artwork Ownership

Our Design department reviews all your submitted artwork files before sending them to production. You, however, remain responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files. We encourage you to double-check and verify all design files carefully before submitting them to Custom Packaging Lane. By submitting the artwork to us, you confirm that you have the right to use the image(s) in your design files. If you do not own the copyright on the art you have used in the design, you certify that you have received permission to use the art from the owner or copyright holder. You certify that the given designs do not violate any intellectual property rights held by another individual or business.

Uploading Design Guidelines:

Custom Packaging Lane recommends that content shared with us for printing purposes is:
At a minimum of 300 DPI at a 1:1 ratio (or 100%). Content that does not meet this standard may experience print or images that are blurry, pixilated, or distorted for which we don’t accept any guarantee. We reserve the right to reject content material that does not fulfill this standard; however, we no longer count on any responsibility to confirm that the content material meets this criterion.

Designed in CMYK and submitted in CMYK with no embedded color profile. (You may upload in RGB or some other standard if you choose, however, the color will be converted to CMYK for printing purposes and the custom packaging lane is not responsible for any inaccuracy or color shift that occurs as a result of the conversion).

Order Delivery

When custom packaging lane dispatch your packaging, we will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. This will include a tracking number of your parcel in order to track its progress. We send the packages through DHL, FEDEX, USPS and any other local service provider. The place of delivery is deemed to be the shipping/delivery address that you provide in your order. If you are not at home during the day that will not an issue: you can reschedule your delivery by calling the shipping service provider or request CPL to do that on your behalf. So please make sure to provide you with the correct address when placing the order. If your order and package got lost and damaged in transit, please let us know promptly, so that we can make a claim against the courier company.

Production Turnaround Time

Production turnaround time begins when you approve your digital art. Custom Packaging Lane is not responsible for any delay caused by your failure or delay in response by approving final mockups. Also, notify that Custom Packaging Lane production Factories are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. These days are not calculated in turnaround time. We cannot provide your guaranteed turnaround times of shipping companies. We aren’t responsible for delays caused by the courier company
If we fail to meet a guaranteed deadline, you will receive a refund of any rush charges or a free upgrade of delivery service to meet your required delivery date. Cancellation of an order based on production turnaround time is only allowed if you indicate that the order must be shipped by the selected turnaround time in the final specification sheet.

Cancellation and Return Policy

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty, missing or misdescribed. All of our products come with personalization according to the customers’ specifications. As a result of which we are unable to accept returns.

Refund Policy

A full or partial refund may be extended to you in certain circumstances where no production work on your order has been completed by custom packaging lane. Such as refund would be adjusted to cover any fees charged for design proofs or other services associated with that order. CPL is not responsible for damages or delays caused by shipping services (DHL/FEDEX/UPS). The cost of postage for mailing projects cannot be refunded.

Full refunds usually are not possible once custom packaging lane begins production on your order. Production will only start when payment has been secured, artwork files uploaded, and job has been approved. if you find the delivered product defective or not according to your ordered specifications, we will re-run the order at no additional cost to you. To receive the replacement, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt of the delivered order and provide verification of the problem. Replacements requested more than 72 hours after delivery may or may not be honored depending on the situation.
Upon verification of the defect, we will determine the course of action. We may ask you to send the defective job back at your expense or share the proofs of the pictures to us. A print order or job can be canceled at any time prior to it being assigned for production. If you cancel an order prior to it being assigned a Job Status CPL Customer Service representative will inform you of any cancellation charges incurred. (Please allow at least 7-10 business days for any refunded amount to be credited back to your account). A print order cannot be canceled and no refund will be given once the product has been started or any process thereafter.

Faulty Goods

If you face any problem with the packaging you receive, please contact us to discuss the matter further. If you receive a faulty product please contact us within 7-8 days after delivery, you may reject them and claim replacement. And if the fault and issues is found later on, or if you delay in making a complaint, you will still be entitled to file your complaint for us to go through and find a possible solution to it.

The information shared by CPL is used exclusively by custompackaginglane.com to market and improve the services we offer to our customers. We are committed to protecting your information, how it’s used and how it’s shared, and we appreciate you choosing to do business with us.

We will not share/sell your data with any third parties for remarketing purposes.

Examples include but are not limited to, fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions.
  • Business Transfers: As we planning to grow our business, we might sell or buy other companies, subsidiaries, or business units. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets.
  • Protection of CPL and others: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of www.custompackaginglane.com, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Children’s Use of Website:

Custom Packaging Lane does not sell any Products/Services for purchase and used by children. Any children’s used packaging, we may sell are for purchase by adults. Children may only use our website with consent from their guardians.

There is the possibility that this statement will be updated and change in the future. The most recent version will be available on this page at all times.
