This website (and any other documents that are referred to on it) contains the Terms and Conditions on which we supply any of the products listed on our website https://www.custompackaginglane.com Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering any products from our website. You should be aware that by ordering any of our products/services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions or feel unsure about any of the content, please contact Customer Service before placing an order. Customer Data: For some product and services offerings, you may also go with to electronically add or in any other case publish data, text, photographs, graphics, messages, or different substances (collectively, “Customer Content”) to Custom Packaging Lane for inclusion in printed products. You apprehend and agree that you (and any different individual from whom it may also have originated) are entirely accountable for all Customer Content. When you upload, or otherwise provide Customer Content to Custom Packaging Lane you warrant and ensure that you either own the copyright to or have permission to copy any documents, text, graphics, photographs, etc., that you submit for inclusion in the printing process, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Custom Packaging Lane and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders agent and affiliates, harmless from any suit, demand, or claim to arise out of any breach of this warranty and agree to pay any judgment or reasonable settlement offer resulting from any such suit, demand or claim, and to pay any attorney’s fees incurred by CPL in defending against such suit, demand or claim.
Product Errors:
Custom Packaging Lane is not responsible for any of the following errors in a finished product: Spelling, grammar, or punctuation, incorrect graphics or design elements, low-resolution images or photographs, color transparency issues, damaged fonts, overprints (printing one color on top of another) CPL is also not responsible for improper file setup, such as: Bleeds, crop marks, finished product size, die lines, folds/scores/perforations, page alignment, page orientation. CPL doesn’t make any changes to designing elements in the digital print file without prior customer knowledge.
Color Quality:
Custom Packaging Lane ensures that its prints will fulfill CMYK industry guidelines. We can't ensure "match-print" variety constancy and can't forestall slight color shifts all through an order. Since we have zero control over the reproduction of a client's PC screen, we can't ensure that the genuine print variety will exactly match any see as it seems on your screen. CPL isn't liable for any color shift in changes over photos (RGB pictures) with dark, close to dark, or dim tones. Variety shifts from an apparent dark or dim should be addressed before record
Artwork Ownership
Our Design department reviews all your submitted artwork files before sending them to production. You, however, remain responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files. We encourage you to double-check and verify all design files carefully before submitting them to Custom Packaging Lane. By submitting the artwork to us, you confirm that you have the right to use the image(s) in your design files. If you do not own the copyright on the art you have used in the design, you certify that you have received permission to use the art from the owner or copyright holder. You certify that the given designs do not violate any intellectual property rights held by another individual or business.
Uploading Design Guidelines:
Custom Packaging Lane recommends that content shared with us for printing purposes is: At a minimum of 300 DPI at a 1:1 ratio (or 100%). Content that does not meet this standard may experience print or images that are blurry, pixilated, or distorted for which we don’t accept any guarantee. We reserve the right to reject content material that does not fulfill this standard; however, we no longer count on any responsibility to confirm that the content material meets this criterion.
