No matter how they arise, Custom Packaging Lane and our staff are not liable for indirect damages—that is, data loss, delays, mistakes, or other unanticipated problems. Also, we are not liable for any damages or losses more significant than what you paid us for your orders.
If you receive a defective item or something different from what you ordered, please notify us within three business days. Provide digital evidence of the issue so our experts can assess it. If it’s our fault, we will reprint it without extra cost. You will be liable for paying the reprinting cost if it's your fault. You can return the complete order within seven working days of delivery to be eligible for the reprint. We are dedicated to your satisfaction and will address any concerns promptly.
All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD), and all payments must be made in this currency. We begin processing your custom printing and packaging orders only after receiving full payment through our approved payment methods, including all applicable charges, shipping and handling fees, and taxes. You must approve an electronic proof of your custom boxes to place your order. The order is passed to our press department after the proof is approved; further modifications to the artwork or requirements cannot be made.
Your order can be cancelled within four hours of proof approval for a fee of 5 to 6% of the total order value. It is unable to guarantee cancellations sought after 24 hours. Before approval, kindly check your proof carefully to ensure a flawless and quick manufacturing procedure.
To ensure quality, submit artwork with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi in CMYK format. We are not responsible for any blurriness, distortion, or colour issues from non-compliance.
You are accountable for providing accurate print-ready artwork, including necessary adjustments. While we take precautions to protect your artwork, we are not liable for any loss or damage during submission.
You confirm ownership or have obtained the necessary permissions by uploading your artwork. We reserve the right to reject orders that infringe on copyrights. We will not accept offensive material.
Clients must approve proofs before printing; no custom boxes will go to print without approval. Delays due to late approval are not our responsibility. Turnaround time begins upon approval.
Thoroughly review proofs against your original files for text, spacing, and layout accuracy. Digital proofs may not accurately represent transparency or colour changes. We do not accept liability for colour discrepancies, especially in laminated items.
We strive for accurate colour reproduction but cannot guarantee perfection due to printing limitations. We will not reprint due to colour variations.
We typically do not use gang printing, but we may choose the best method based on client needs.
We aim to deliver the requested quantity plus an additional amount at no extra charge. If fewer items are received, you will be billed for what you received. We follow industry standards, generally delivering an extra 5%.
