Chilled berries should be trialed through the planned hold and handoff because condensation can soften paperboard, cloud a window, and loosen paper cups. Load the actual strawberries after dipping and decoration, close the package, and record moisture on the base, sidewalls, lid, window, and tray. Ask us about food-contact options for every surface, liner, film, and adhesive that may touch the dessert.
SBS paperboard from 12 to 24 pt can support a folding presentation carton, while E flute adds corrugated depth for delivery handling. Neither stock replaces the temperature-control plan for the food. Keep cold packs, if used in the delivery system, from touching the decorated box directly. Matte or gloss lamination can change exterior scuff behavior, but it does not make a paper package leakproof.
The tallest finished berry, including its cup, chocolate drizzle, nuts, sprinkles, or topper, sets the lid clearance. Measure the largest decorated width and height, the cup opening, seating depth, row count, column count, and the angle needed to lift one berry. Natural fruit size alone is not a reliable specification after coating.

The dieline should follow the loaded tray rather than a stock photo or an undipped berry. Review food packaging, chocolate boxes, and chocolate gift boxes as catalog references, while keeping the strawberry arrangement as the controlling packout.

The accepted tray drawing, artwork revision, board callout, window-film specification, finish map, and master-carton count should share one job identifier. Keep an erected reference beside the record, loaded in the approved berry direction. That comparison helps catch a reversed tray, changed opening side, or new artwork file that moves the logo away from the first view.
Digital printing is practical for short or versioned seasonal runs, while offset should be compared when quantity and ink coverage rise. During the press check, inspect color, small reversed type, solid areas, window position, and finish registration.
