Draw the flat cutting template from the packed tray and intended opening direction. A fold score through the tray cavity can reduce usable width, while a glue tab behind the cradle can push the insert off center. Assemble the blank before artwork approval and confirm that the tray loads without bending, the pull tab remains reachable, and the lid closes without touching the fibers.
