Low-resolution images soften on film, while screen-built colors can shift during press conversion. PET/AL/PE laminate is a common option when light, oxygen, and moisture barrier matter, while PET/PE omits the aluminum layer for a simpler construction. PET is the printable outer film, AL is the aluminum foil barrier, and PE is the inner heat-seal layer.
